SOPHIE’S TOP HEALTH TIPS

1Start each day with a cup of hot water with 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp honey.
2
Do not ever deprive yourself! Any form of restriction will lead to binging/overeating later on.
3
Start the day with something active. Even if it’s a 20 minute walk. Get the blood pumping! You will feel more energetic.
4
Snack throughout the day. Eating every 2-3 hours is the best way to keep your metabolism high! You also won’t reach a point where you’re absolutely starving so will make healthier choices in general.
5Always include healthy fats in your meals. It will keep you fuller! E.g. peanut butter in porridge, avocado in a salad.
6
Get enough sleep!
7
Drink Kombucha instead of sugary drinks. It tastes amazing and is filled with probiotics for good gut health.

NEVER feel guilty about treating yourself! One bad meal won’t make you gain weight just like one good meal won’t give you a six pack. Your body is able to break it down when you treat yourself. Life is too short!
