Spring Smoothie

Spring time is here, and what better way to enjoy it than with the taste of a delicious smoothie!

Our go-to yummy food guru @shelleysgoodeats has brought to us a step-by-step guide on this season’s number one DIY!

Learn how to make the simple blood orange smoothie here…


All you need is 
  • 2 blood oranges
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for diary free)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 mint leaves


First up, simply peel and slice the oranges …


Secondly, place all ingredients into a blender!


Then, blend on high until its smooth.


Finally, pour into a glass and garnish with nuts and seeds and enjoy the taste of Spring!
