Back to School Snacks!


Holidays are over and its time to get back to class. It is always a busy time adjusting to a full class schedule or juggling work commitments with exercise, cooking and well life! So it is understandable why so many people let their diets go by the way side. The key to keeping healthy and ensuring you get adequate nutrition is to be prepared. Always have health snacks on hand to curb off those cravings.

We teamed up with our babe @shelleysgoodeats to bring you these Choc Raspberry bliss balls!

ingredients (1)

Choc Raspberry Bliss Balls
1 cup almonds
¾ cup shredded coconut, extra for rolling
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup oat flour
4 medjool dates
½ cup frozen raspberries, defrosted
Remove pips and soak dates in hot water for 10mins set aside.
Blitz almonds and coconut in food processor to form a rough crumb


Add in cacao, coconut oil and oat flour and process for 1 min.


Add in dates and raspberries and blitz until smooth. Scrap down the sides
of the food processor or blender ensuring everything is mixed!
Then Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover in cling wrap and refrigerate
for 1hr. Roll into even size balls and then into coconut.
